This program is designed for children in Kindergarten - 2nd Grade. Students continue building their listening skills, coordination
and balance. We introduce the martial arts concepts of respect, self-discipline, and self-control. Basic stranger-danger and self-defense concepts are also reviewed.
This program is designed for 3rd - 8th Graders. Students will learn and practice basic techniques (kihon), forms (kata), sparring (kumite), self-defense, and weaponry. Respect, self-discipline, and self-control are reinforced.
This program is designed for ages 14 and up. The curriculum is the same as the youth program –
kihon, kata, kumite, self-defense, and weaponry. Training is more rigorous, and proper execution of
techniques and their application are emphasized.
The stand-alone FMA program is for teens and adults. Students will learn double stick, single stick, empty-hand and grappling techniques. Our curriculum is based on Modern Arnis, created by Grandmaster Remy A. Presas. Tuesdays at 7:10pm and M/W/F at 9:00am by appointment.

Zohar Tactical KM Level 1 focuses on striking, situtational drills, and physical fitness. Mondays at 6:20pm and Thursdays at 7:10pm.
